Last night, I took out a suit to wear to church today. Well, this morning, I couldn't wear that suit because it was...TOO BIG! I haven't had this issue since EVER! Finally, I'm down a full size. Working out and eating right is working for me.

Way to go!!! Congratulations delph, I know sometimes are easier than others, but I've decided to love myself in spite of ... And that means not beating myself up wen I have a setback. I just "get back up again" like Donnie McClurkin's song goes. I celebrate every pound lost. Because it's a lifestyle change not a quick fix.
