Sarah Brown in back! I like the character but its gonna take a while to get used to her NOT as Carly.

I read this morning in news that the acctress who played Amy Vining (laura webber spencers 1/2 sister) from 1980s to 2003 died this weekend. Very sad ....she was the comic relief of the show always very gossipy of the characters business. Her name was Shell Kepler. i believed she died of a form of lupus.

The cause of death was listed as renal failure.

I didn't see lupus listed anywhere in any of the articles online.

According to this, she never really was written off the show.

Maybe they did it that way to leave the door open for her character to return?

I remember when Ben Hendrickson (Hal, As the World Turns) committed suicide IRL not too long ago. Instead of re-casting the character, writers decided that Hal would die in the line of duty.

I'm curious to see how GH handles Nurse Vining's character.

I haven't watched General Hospital regularly in a very long time, but I've been watching off and on lately and the interchange today between Carly and (old Carly) Claudia was very funny. Just wait until the "ladies" realize with whom they were acting chummy.

she is so good as claudia.

it was kinda weird seeing her not as carly, but laura wright has warmed up to me.


there are some pretty good story lines going on. jerry jax as moreau, 2 killers running around.


anythoughts on who ran into sam? my thought is its monica.
