It is a major violation here in California. Clubs that are full nudity are NOT allowed to serve alcohol but semi-nude clubs can. That club should have been fined left & right and could have been shut down. The producers must have seriously bribed people to not shut down the club because that's a big no-no.

I don't know what state the club was in, but I remember one of the dancers along with the manager went up to them and said nudity was against the rules of the club and it looked like they were asked to leave (that's what the editing made it look like anyway). Since they were the only people in the club, maybe the producers didn't have to bribe anyone to not shut the place down?

Regardless of whether or not they were the only ones in the club, it's kinda hard to hide the fact that some chick took off all her clothes now that it's aired on VH1.

According to http://www.fortydeuce.com/, they have clubs in Vegas, Hollywood, and Chicago. I'll assume that they were in Hollywood since they film the show in LA.
