its invitational. so you sign up, and you COULD get invited to something, but turning in an application doesn't necessarily mean anything. you could get nothing. at all.

there are four participating: sigma delta tau, delta gamma, alpha gamma delta, and gamma beta phi.

I'm sure this is just a typo, but for future reference it's Gamma Phi Beta. I'd hate for you to get asked to come there and call them the wrong thing!
