Hello to all, I am at a very small school in Minnesota and have been talking with some friends and thought about a sorority since there had never been one before I came for some ideas

Also I don't have the so called "itis", I know the defintion of hard work and dedication, what philanthropy is, and also sisterhood. I could really used some ideas on how to get started. Thanks!

If, as you stated, you and 408 are 2 different people from the same chapter, it makes complete sense that men would want to join a group not recognized by the same organization that recognizes you.
BTW: "really rapes in community service" is one of the more offensive things I've seen on here in a long time, and I'm fairly hard to offend.
