You've already answered your own question: your campus needs to be open for expansion, first. Then, it is a matter of what sororities submit packets in response, and what chapters the campus Panhellenic selects for presentations, then an invitation (or invitations if doing a stacked expansion) is extended to a chapter.

Um, since you have obviously joined another sorority, you should not be going around calling yourself a legacy of a sorority in the D9 since you are no longer eligible to join. The legacy is over.

I say we protest. Any founder or member of a new organization that was obviously founded because of having the "itis," which includes having the "I'm not creative or willing to work hard so I will just copy from already existing orgs" syndrome, will be ignored. That's right...don't answer their posts or reply to anything they communicate. Just act like they don't exist. Who's with me???!!! LOL!
