Insurance companies make the rules and our HQs implement them. There aren't many that insure Greeks, but they like there to be no fire involved.

You're exactly correct, Drolefille. Only one broker covers NPC groups - M-J Insurance. And we get discounts for having certain regulations and showing an effort to enforce them. Currently, they give a 15% discount on the property side of the policy to any house that is sprinkled. They are going to substantially increase that in the coming fiscal year - a great savings to our houses that have them now - and will have them by the end of 2011.
