What he said. I'm not feeling inferior, and realistically someone who tried to use it to insult me would, 9 times out of 10 fail miserably. It would take extraordinary circumstances to insult me with it.... that said, the word is still demeaning and unnecessary and, except apparently in porn, not used in a simple anatomical manner.
