I think Bianca brings some comic relief in that I sometimes have to laugh to keep the rage at bay. The girl acts like she's God's gift to modeling. I would never have expected her to say she didn't deserve to be sent home for not completing the challenge and still don't understand was she wasn't.
That wasn't tolerated for anyone else in any of the 7 cycles that I have watched. She is NOT the exception to the rule and needs an attitude ajustment. Then, maybe just maybe, I'd like her.
And I think Heather would make a wonderful spokesperson...if she could speak in front of people. I hope she gets that together. She definitely has the potential to do something powerful.
