From my experience, Freshmen are usually pretty shy and don't ask a lot of questions until you really start to sell them on your group, I tend to ask them more questions to get them to open up and talk about themselves so I can learn something about them and then relate how who they are relates to what we are. When I did get questions it was usually about dues and the pledge period (which was easy to answer because ZBT doesn't have one).
