Delta Gamma didn't up until last year's Convention. At that time, a procedure was approved. One must make application to the Fraternity VP:Membership. It is only allowed under extraordinary circumstances.

Many times with in LXA, it depends on the circumstasnces.

It is then decided by the local chapter and sent to IHQ with a recommendation.

IHQ will then make the final decission and usually follows what the local chapter requests.

Tau Delta does, being local, our process is through the executive board. And of course, it depends on the individual and her reasons for leaving/wanting to be reinstated.

Gamma Phi Beta allows it under limited circumstances.

I don't know about ADPi, but I do know for a fact that Tri-Delta allows this under limited circumstances.
