Great stuff. Throughly enjoyed it. Made me think of some of the candidates we've had through rush that have been similar to "Grif's candidate".
Really makes me think about ALL the guys we've "taken a chance" on. Whether it's academics, social skills, campus involvement, or leadership, I've seen my chapter make such a positive influence on so many young men. It's always impressive to see how a pledge class matures, how the friendships form and how the opinions of guys change.
