When you solicit something official from the sorority on the internet, you can't be guaranteed you are getting an official response. It doesn't matter that it isn't ritual. You will do your chapter a disservice by not verifying the information with an official representative.
Have you called your chapter adviser or a district officer who supervises new member programming? This is the best way to go about it when you misplace something for the chapter. You might also call Member Services at the sorority headquarters.
