The largest collegiate chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha is Alpha Rho at Morehouse. As of the last convention, they had 58 Brothers.

The largest alumni chapter is Eta Lambda in Atlanta, GA, with 345 members.

(My chapter, Mu Lambda, is fourth largest with 182 members.)
