I would give the manual and pledge pin back now. It would be inappropriate to possess these items if you are rerushing. They will issue another set to you should you repledge the same group. No one on GC will be able to answer your question as to why they won't reinstate your bid. Don't try to read too much into it. It won't do you any good anyway. Good luck with recruitment.
