Also, I <3 the whole twin powers thing.

It might just be that Alejandro is the one whose powers really matter here, and not that he's useless (like Zan was).
There would be a huge benefit in having a hero with the anti-power for most of the talents we've seen so far. (Bear with me, I haven't really thought this out very well.) If Alejandro can negate Maya's powers (retract the consequences, even), then maybe other heroes are out there who are also anti-powers. So, yin to Parkman's yang would be the power to plant thoughts into others' minds instead of receiving them; yin to radiation-man's yang would be, I dunno, someone who can turn themselves into a lead blanket or something . Time travel, self-healing, passing through solid objects, flying, etc... those powers are hard to think of anti-powers for, and might just be the proof I need to abandon this theory. But, I'll keep it in the back of my mind for a while.

The Haitian falls into the anti-power category as well.

Yes, I know it's tacky to quote myself, but I think I might actually have gotten something right.
Now I just wonder whether Parkman also has the thought-planting ability, especially since he recognized what was happening. Perhaps each hero has his/her own anti-power, they just have to learn how to harness it. And in the case of Alejandro and Maya, their powers just got split when they split into twins.
