Like OTW (and myself in an earlier post) already pointed out, YOU TELLING SOMEONE THEY ARE SARCASTIC/RUDE/ARROGANT IS NOT GOING TO CHANGE THEIR PERSONALITY. I doubt anyone is going to change who they've been their whole lives because of something you posted on a message board. Seriously.
