There is no need to be mean to everyone who posts something you've seen before, just politely tell them and instruct them on how to do a search. We're all very impressed with everyone's ability to reach new heights of sarcasm but enough is enough.
And no, setting a good example may not be in the job description of a moderator, but it is in the "job description" of being a good Greek and just being a good person for that matter.
