This was before Spencer decided not to hang out with Brody anymore. And of course Lauren would ask because she assumed that Spencer & Brody were still friends and didn't want to go back there if the guy who hates her could potentially be there.

Hmm...I guess I got confused because she said "is Spencer there?"...so I wondered why Spencer would be there when Brody wasn't, especially if he no longer lived with Brody. That would be odd.
