Well they surrendered their charter due to low numbers and the loss of their house. They didn't pay property taxes for a long time and the school bought the House out dirt cheap, the alumni let the house fall because they said that the undergrads weren't exhibiting the spirit of Sig Chi. They will be back though most likely in like 5 years or so. I go to Hobart and am a Chi Phi.
