Northern Kentucky University met quota of 25
Morehead State University (KY) has 16 new members and Q was 18
University of Central Oklahoma has 30 new members and Q was 28

Unofficial quota (due to the lack of a campus total and no restrictions on snap bidding or CORing, etc) was 7. Both chapters met quota. Yay!
