I've never watched a full episode, so I can't comment on the show. But since this was in D&R, I thought it was about real people. One of my best friends is getting married soon, and she is really holding it together well. Her maid of honor and another bridesmaid, however, are complete zillas. Anyone here ever consider "firing" a bridesmaid?!? Or have any good stories about bridesmaids-gone-bad?

When she and Doughboy had to go to see her videographer (or VIDEO-OGRAPHER, as she put it), she really made me sick when she made all those "this is where the poor people live" comment. Give me a friggin' break, you tugboat! You're in the comfort of your own SUV. You don't get "poor people germs" just by driving through a bad part of town!

I don't doubt that her parents and husband probably have money, but don't be talking shit about the poor people when you had to buy your damn $25 MADE IN TAIWAN tiara at some wholesale place!

Doughboy was my favorite. Even though I don't know why he still married her, he did make several attempts to put her in her place. I do hope he tries to use his money to lose some weight soon instead of financing yet another plastic surgery attempt for her.

I didn't even bother watching the other Bridezilla. Yay DVR.

Honestly from what little they showed... it didn't look that that bad of a neighborhood to me anyway !! what a freakin' snob. == sigh ==

I thought the same of the doughboy when she was at the gym and I was thinking.. if this works and she gets smaller... he's gonna squish her !! He should go with her !! hehehehe

She had me yelling at the television last night. You need to work at losing weight, not get more plastic surgery. UGH!!! What a spoiled brat!

I have to say that this season has gotten some pretty trashy bridezillas....but for some reason, I can't stop watching.

Since this show is lacking, let me spice up this thread with some real life Bridezilla type drama going on with one of my sister's upcoming weddings.

The bride's mom bought her a single placesetting of expensive china for her bridal shower(about $250). There are 4 bridesmaids, and of course they're supposed to all chip in and get her a gift for the wedding. Normally, the bridesmaids would get together and decide on their own what to get her.

But this bride decided that she really liked the china that her parents had bought her. So she has demanded that the bridesmaids EACH go out and buy a set of the china so she can have 5 place settings. Mind you, this china is $250 per placesetting. This is AFTER shelling out $$ for dresses and things involved with the wedding. This is one I'm glad I'm not in!
