I've got a great connection for a real estate agent in CO Springs-- Jamie Heath at Coldwell Banker. He sold my house last year for what I was asking for in just 3 months, after the house had been on the market for nearly a year with another realtor. The Broadmoor is definitely nice- spent part of our honeymoon there. Unfortunately, probably can't afford that part of town. Though a return trip to the spa will definitely be on our list for the future.
