It was pretty much that Lauren and Jason created a sex tape. It was mentioned at the beginning of the episode.
If you notice in the previews of upcoming epsiodes, Spencer and Heidi see Jason & LC together, and Heidi makes a comment (I can't remember it verbatim) to the effect of maybe they were gonna do another sex tape.
