There were some things I really liked about it. I think it set up the fact that Cappie's going to go for Casey because he has to try or whatever he told Rusty.

I thought last night's episode was super CHEESY! Though I did like that they were developing the charecter of Jen K.

Loved the lavaliering storyline this week with the candle pass. Oh how I wanted one of those while I was in school (a candle pass that is).

And Cappie was so endearing this week. Sure he manipulated being partnered with Casey, but who cares... and as a Classics major, I loved the bit with Latin in the bar.

Oh, and Ashleigh's boyfriend... he was HORRIBLE.

Casey/Cappie/Evan: I have been getting emails from a few close friends from college, they wanted to know if that although names were different, it was erie/funny this was like my junior year.
I was the Casey. It didn't play out well.
I was rooting for Casey/Cappie.

Co-sign. Ashleigh did make a point in telling Casey if she knew that Even is right for her. But unfortually, both of them have jerks for boyfriends.

I would have never thought that answers would be on candy bars.

So here's my theory that I hope doesn't happen. Later in the semester/year Rusty get's busted for cheating and is about to be expelled when Cappie sweeps in to save the day. Since Cappie is a slacker with no future and Rusty will probably run NASA, Cappie decides to take the fall and save Rusty. Casey is so moved by this act of selflessness that she immediately choses Cappie.

As much as I want Casey/Cappie together I think that would be too cheesey. Also, I was way mad at the idea of Casey cheating on Evan last night. Yes he screwed up. But, she got revenge and forgave him. Therefore, I think it'd be totally wrong to mess around behind his back.

I think with the Ashley storyline and the BF problem was going to show exactly what they did to Casey when she was a frosh and that she decided to listen to her sisters and not her heart.

Casey is definately conflicted. She has some very strong and unresolved feelings for Cappie. And Evan, well he is a dunce. We know that something happened when they were Freshman. My theory-Evan and ZBZ sabotaged the relationship, convinced her to break it off and then Evan 'swooped' in (with encouragement from the ZBZ sisters) and Casey was pushed into Evan before she dealt with the break up. She was probably told the same lines of BS that were told to Ashley last night. I call Evan a dunce because he knows that she and Cappie have these unresolved feelings but because he probably knows that she would go back to Cappie he is just "pretending" that everything is okay. That was what the lavaliering was about "pretending" that everything is fine, when in reality it isn't.
