What is the dumbest advice/myth

I knew a girl who got pregnant because she *claims* that her doctor told her that she couldn't get pregnant while she was on an antidepressive medication. She still swears that the zoloft (or whatever she was taking) acts as a contraceptive also while improving her mood.
