there are quite a bit of serious and informational threads on here. we just don't need them all the time. don't take away our fun. the silly and fun threads keep most of us from losing our minds. it is good to be silly, especially when you are with a bunch of people. silly threads are my favorite.
besides, on a message board where college students are the majority, you cannot always expect to find sophistication. common sense should have told you that.
