Wasn't she wearing some sort of alcohol monitoring ankle thing? So even if she had made it home, she would have been busted for breaking her probation, right?
I am starting to think Paris, Britney, and Lindsey think life is a real version of "Celebrity Death Match".

I read somewhere that the ankle bracelet company (SCRAM, is it?) wasn't even aware that she was arrested when they were asked to comment.
