They're filming now, except it's not in Laguna anymore. They moved it to another town (maybe Newport?) with a whole new cast.

Did they give any reason why they decided not to film Kyndra and Tessa's senior year [besides the obvious -- they just sucked compared to the original]? Kyndra even stopped home-schooling and went back for her senior year and everything!

I think it was just that that season sucked compared to the first 2. I read somewhere awhile ago that Tessa switched schools after filming ended as well.

Laguna wasn't even her "home" to begin with, right?

I remember reading somewhere that she was living with Rocky during Season 3 because her family lived in another town...?

I just read the "updates" on Wikipedia. How funny that Cameron's a video game tester now. Ha!

That sounds familiar. I wonder if she lived in Laguna at one point and that's how she knew everyone and her parents had moved away but she stayed?

Or I could just be making up scenarios in my head?

Thanks for letting me know about the preview. I think I may TiVO the show so I can FF through the scenes with Heidi & Spencer. I really have had enough of the whole attention-hog named Spencer.

Did anyone else think that in the preview when Heidi was talking to Jenn that she sounded like a robot? When she said "you mean so much to me" there was nothing behind it. She's a completely different person than she was in season 1.

I can't believe I forgot to post this the other day. My friend was in Vegas the weekend before last and saw LC, Brody and Whitney at dinner. She said Brody was just being goofy but kind of loud about it, particularly at dinner (attention whore much?); LC seemed exactly like she is on the show - nice but looked uncomfortable when people recognized her; and Whitney was teeny weeny (or in my friend's words "Whitney was the size of my arm").

That's so funny Spencer and Brody are no longer....although nothing surprises me in that crowd.

That's the rumor around here. My coworker that lives in Laguna said they were filiming but then stopped and she hasn't seen any cameras around. I heard that the ratings were bad for LB Season 3 (compared to the past 2 seasons) so they decided to mix it up and move to a completely different location (sarcasm): Newport! I suspect the show will be exactly the same except there will be new locations and a different beach.
