I'm the first and only greek in my family..however I see my sis going Greek..eventually, and maybe my cousin when he gets to college.

My little sister's only in 4th grade, so I'll work on her going Greek

My dad has 6 brothers and sisters, but they all went to Catholic colleges where they either didn't have GLO's or they just weren't interested, so we are all first generation Greeks. My grandparents didn't go to college, as my grandfathers were both in the military during WWII and married my grandmothers right out of high school.

I love that my daughter is a Gamma Phi legacy, but when she is old enough and if she decides to rush, I won't hold it against her if she chooses another sorority...
