My aunt calls me something like that. pisses me clean off everytime (I think that's why she does it). But yeah, that other one definitely had a story attached. I don't think I'd just randomly start calling someone "Pooh Bear" that's odd. Though I did call my ex "honey," which turned into "honey bee." Don't ask how; it's embarassing.
