The fraternity on "A Different World" that you are referring to was called Kappa Lambda Nu and their colors were purple & gold. Interestingly enough, actor Darryl Bell was a KLN on that show and a Gamma Phi Gamma in the movie "School Daze". Do I sense a perp in the midst?
