But seriously, what do you do when no matter what you've tried, no matter how you've tried to be open-minded and open-hearted, a person just flat out gets on your last nerve? What if this person is in your church organization, workplace, book club, or..dare I say it... chapter?
None of those situations apply to me, but I welcome any and all suggestions.

well...i personally feel that regardless of the connective association i have with an individual...if they don't play an edifying role in my life...there is no reason for them to be in it...i heard somone say once that you should never be "friends" with anyone you aren't equal with...some would disagree with that...that equality could be in mind, in stature, in goal, all three, one area, or whatever you feel is of most importance in your life...you have to come in contact with certain people...that doesn't mean you have to like it or prolong that contact unnecessarily...do what you gottah do...and bounce...i agree with the meditation/relaxation thing...it really works...i think it creates more stress to convince yourself that you HAVE to put up with EVERYBODY's bs...there are certain things you HAVE to deal with and other things that are just rediculous and need to be called as they are...for what they are...breathe...that's all i can really think of...
