Do not expepect them to be at your call if they do not know how to contact you! Whose fault is that?
I have worked for @ 11 years now trying to get Alumi Email addresses for updates. If they change them and do not notify Me, Da, they are out of the LOOP! So, where do you stand?
How much do You want to put in to do it like I did?
