Judge Sues Dry Cleaners for $65 Mil.

Was there a motion for sanctions filed? I wonder if it was ruled on.

No. They just had to close one of their two stores.

To tie the closing of that particular store to the lawsuit is highly speculative. I personally have a tough time believing that the lawsuit about the "missing pants" was enough to drive away business. Perhaps other market forces are at play.

I dunno.. it seems to me that this is the opening salvo in a civil suit against the good judge for wrecking their business.
