I would say a 7; I have been practicing more hook-based techniques, something that I really needed to refine and work on. Also I have been practicing more reverse finger twirling on both hands, which helped me in some respects also.

Nupe, if you can get the reverse technique down, that would be smooth. I've seen that, and it looks too sweet.

I always am working on it...unfortunately I have short fingers and it creates a problem! But I am cool at hook moves!

I have no stepping skills, so I never have been very good at strolling, and I never would even try to shimmy  , but damn can I work it out with a Kane.
