The jokes were recycled from many of his plays/movies and they just can't work over and over again.
Brown was funny but then he just got on my nerves when he kept coming back and forth for stuff after they revealed it was Allen Payne's house.

AKA2D I thought it was
David Ramsey (from One on One and Girlfriends) too at first, but this guy is a little lighter and after a moment, I realized it was a totally different guy. IMDB doesn't have the House of Payne profile up yet to find out his name though.
