I knew Charlie was going to die but it still made me really sad. Poor Claire I expected the twist ending but still, wtf?

My DVR stopped taping the last 3-4minutes. I think I'm going to die waiting for it to be put online!

I did not see Mikhail coming with the grenade at all..OMG. I actually thought that the dying OTHERS girls would give Charlie a "trick code" that would make the station flood itself instead (a final "up yours" to the Losties, if you like), a self-destruct code type of scenario.

It will be so hard to wait to know if Naomi's boat are good or evil people. Maybe it's Dharma Initiative people, wanting to know what happened to their project? (Maybe Naomi is a daughter of one of the original scientists, or something like that).

I'm getting fed up with Locke and his, "oooh, I'm so mystical and in tune with this island" attitude. Oy. Even though Walt made a brief appearance, I hope he and Michael won't be back as Michael was totally annoying.

I had a feeling that Sayeed, Bernard and Jin were not shot though...I guess I'm getting better at "guessing" TV shows.

I actually thought that was a pretty lame episode. I knew it was a "flash forward" right away because of Jack's cell phone (they crashed in September 2004, so any off-island flashbacks would have to occur before then). I really hope Naomi's boat is full of Dharma people, not rescuers.

That's too funny. It wasn't until the end when he was calling that I said to my husband, "That's my cell phone! It just came out this year! Guess the set dresser/prop people f-ed that one up!" Doh, guess not.

I'm not sure I liked the end. Now we know what happens - sort of - and there's 3 more years of the show. I feel like it might make the anticipation not so intense?

Also, why didn't Charlie run out of the room and shut the door? He closed himself in before the explosion even happened. He didn't have to drown. Or is it that he thought he had to to make the rest of Desmond's vision come true?

The only way for the door to be locked was from the inside....remmeber Charlie can hold his breath...and really..who says...he's....dead....?

My theory is that they get 'home' and things change too dramatically and traumatically for them...and like Jack says...they have to go back..because maybe it wasn't ment for them to return....

I still think they are in some kind of purgatory....

Uh...Charlie lied about holding his breath so that he could go out to the Looking Glass and finally live (die) Desmond's vision. Charlie's dead.

Also I love my sister because she becomes a fanatic about these things and manages to pick up on all the little details I miss! Way to go Bebe!

After I read the TWOP recap, I was like, WHOA. So Christian is somehow still alive in that future timeline!?

And did Jack say they left someone behind on the island when they left?
I think drunk & broken Jack believes his father is still alive but I don't think he is.

My theory is that Jack, Kate, Sawyer, and maybe a few others got off the island somehow but that not everyone could leave. Those who got off the island moved on with their lives but Jack is unable to b/c of his hero complex.

Do you guys think that maybe the next 3 seasons will be off-island with on-island flashbacks? It would seem like an obvious formula... 3 seasons of the island, and then 3 seasons of the real world.

GAH I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS.

I loved when Hurley came down with teh van.. I started busting up laughing.

I did!!!! I just did not want to spoil it for those who may not have watched it yet.

Best line ever:

Danielle is physically close to her daughter for the first time in 16 years.

Ben introduces them like they are at a cocktail party.

Danielle and Alex give each other a loving look, then the first words Danielle says to Alex: "Let's tie your father up." Context is sooooo important!!!!

SO>.....WILL we EVER find out what happened to Walt and his son????? I mean like dayum!!! I thought we would find out sometime during this season.....or.....will this be a part of what happens when they get 'home'.

Any hypotheses on why Jack became a oxycodone junkie?

I wonder who he had to kill....or watch die....

I think the flash-forwards will be the only way they can bring Walt back to the show. He has already aged too much to be brought back into the island continuity.

Seeing him last night was weird, especially since they had clearly done something to his voice to make him sound younger.
