A few years ago,
Epsilon Sigma Alpha started a chapter for the online students at Kaplan College. I have no idea if the chapter is still active or not, but you may wish to contact them for more information about the possibility of opening another online collegiate chapter.
There is also information on 28 community-based sororities at
http://www.communitysororities.org They may be of interest to you, although the chapters are comprised of people in the community rather than students at a specific school.
