OK... well.... there is the ATL Greek Picnic in June... is that a nice time frame to meet or will another date need to be set-up for the GC M&G?

Would that be too soon for everyone? I know that I wouldn't be able to attend, although I have gotten some literature about it. What about some time next summer?

ATL picnic is fine, but then again, I live here. next summer works too, so long as we work around convention.
