Me: Delta Sigma Theta
Sister: Delta Sigma Theta
Dad: Kappa Alpha Psi
All Greek male cousins except one: Kappa Alpha Psi
"Except One": Phi Beta Sigma
All Greek female cousins (including by marriage) except one: Delta Sigma Theta
"Except One": Alpha Kappa Alpha (but wanted to pledge Delta)

ETA: Just remembered that my Grandmother was OES, but we didn't find that out until she passed away.
