Oh, my bad. I had no idea that Wiki was a bad site. Sorry about that. I looked all over the CW website and I could not find anything that said the show was officially over. That was when I found the info on Wiki. I was not aware that the site was under fire. My bad ladies. But I do hope that it will go for just one more season. I would just like to see Joan get married and Mya have the second baby. Even if it only lasts for just half of a season. I will be satisfied with that.

Once again, sorry for that info. I thought Wiki was reliable.

Wiki can be reliable at times, but I've learned to double check some of the things reported there, especially with pop culture information.

I read this article yesterday where Mara Brock Akil says 8th season will be decided in a few weeks, but not by her. She is still waiting to find out herself.

The LEAST they can do is have a "Girlfriends: Joan's Wedding" Special. We have seen Joan engaged before, only to watch it fall apart. Let's just have a conclusion and see Joan make it to the alter.... FINALLY.

So, have all the stories lines pretty much drawn to a close?

If this is indeed the last season for "Girlfriends", I wonder what show will be introduced to fill up the hole on Monday night? I'm actually starting to enjoy "The Game."

Me too, which is a shock, I wasn't crazy about it at first, but I watched it anyhow just because it came on after Girlfriends and there wasn't much else on...
