Also, about payment, if you pay online you get your confirmation almost instantaneously.

I agree- just got confirmation on Friday and I registered almost 2-3 weeks ago... I think it's just that now that the deadline is past they are going through and confirming the "adults" given that they needed to get confirmations out for the collegians before they leave school- as someone else said if you haven't gotten confirmation within a couple of weeks prior to convention, then call EO

Perhaps it is more accurate to say that when one pays online, a payment receipt is emailed almost instantaneously. ANYtime I make a payment online, I get an email confirming my online payment. If you did not get one, and the money was moved out of your bank account or your card was charged - then I would call and check into that!

I'm not quite sure what you are talking about because I searched the official site (including PO) and I couldn't find a list of even who was nominated for grand council. I found templates for nominations and bylaws.
Is this who you would like to win?
I guess my concern (go figure with me) is that you are stating who should win but as far as I could tell the nominations haven't been made "public". (What I mean by "public" is available for ADPi's to read over the people nominated bio's and whatnot).
So my question to other sisters, should we be discussing who "should" win when most of us don't even know who is nominated?

I believe that the nominations along with bylaws revision proposals are mailed out to the voting delegates from chapters, IOs, AAs, etc. I got mine some time ago. For some reason I was thinking there was only one nominee for International Secretary, but I only perused the documents very briefly and am apparently mistaken.
I personally feel that discussion of who "should" or "should not" be elected is best kept private and off a public message board. But that's just me.

I'm not a voting delegate, so I wouldn't get them.
I too think that if the discussion of who is nominated should be kept private.
So I think virtual violets and pride online are the best choices.

As a voting advisor, I haven't received this information yet.

The chapter would have received the packet in April- they send one packet per chapter... but copies will also be provided at convention as well.

Check with the Chapter Advisor (if you are not the CA) or your CPD (if you are the CA). I got mine as a CPD and also got the packet for the chapter advisor that replaced me last year - for some reason I've still been getting her mailings. Think we finally got that straightened out though! If you aren't the Chapter Advisor, it most likely went to her - I'm thinking it came well before the registration deadline, so they wouldn't have known who the voting advisor was at the time.

Co-sign, as the chapter advisor I received a packet with the voting information and the registration forms. I gave our standards advisor all the information so I bet your chapter advisor still probably has it.

I would also remind everyone that there can be nominations from the floor- and discussion of candidates on these types of boards could be construed as campaigning which goes against our bylaws... so it's really not allowed on the message boards within Pride Online either.
