Yes, and I seem to recall that they are both members of the BLACK family...distant cousins or something like that.

Helena Bonham Carter looks hella creepy there!

I think she's a cousin of the Weasleys too if I recall correctly. I know that Ron said all the pureblood families are inter-related in some way as it was the only way to ensure they didn't die out.

Now aren't Bellatrix and Narcissa sisters? I can't recall exactly.

Yes, that sounds familar. We need an "online book club" for me to be accountable to, because I SO NEED to re-read those books. My mind is like a sieve for these details!

I am halfway through OotP after re-reading them in order. I can't believe how much I forgot about everything! Heck - I'm currently READING the book that describes the family tree, and I can't remember

CutiePie - What are you willing to bet they come out with that locket for sale?! I found an ad in my coupons from the weekly paper awhile back that was for Hermoine's earrings & necklace set from the movie. You could also order a wand set that is the "exact replica" of Harry's & Dumbledore's wands. If I ever see the locket for sale, I will call you!!

J.K. Rowling updated her website to give a few more facts. Among them are these little tidbits.

* Draco can't make a Patronus and has a Hawthorne wood wand (though curiously, she avoided revealing the core).

* Tonks is/was a Hufflepuff.

* Myrtle was a Ravenclaw.

* Confirms the assumption that Voldemort was born on Dec. 31

* J.K. isn't telling about the meaning of Hallows or the other titles she considered.

* Alecto and Amycus are the Carrows mentioned by Snape in HBP.

Yeah they're sisters. There's a family tree on wikipedia under House of Black I think. It's based on the tapestry and who's been burned off an all that. There are Potters on there and its a good chance that it is Harry's Grandparents and Dad.

For everyone's viewing pleasure ... the Black family tree.

And AXO Alum, don't worry about forgetting the little details. I'm the same way! That's why I'm re-reading them all.

I'm excited to learn more about the rarely mentioned but intriguing characters in the series. I'm thinking it's going to be Hogwarts, A History but that could just be wishful thinking on my part.

I'm still hoping against hope that she'll write the story of the 4 founders & the ultimate rift. That would be AWESOME!

*excuse me while I calm down my inner fangirl*
