I'm not real big on the idea of celebrating your upcoming marriage by doing some of the things that are now considered "conventional." I have known several guys whose "bachelor parties" consisted of going to Vegas for the weekend and blowing most of the honeymoon fund....some who have bypassed the strippers and gone straight for the hookers (sorry pal wedding's off!!!!!) etc.
At the time I was a lot more anal about the whole stripper thing than I am now, especially since I have been to strip bars since and after seeing what the strippers actually look like I definitely have nothing to worry about!!!!!! At the time we both agreed not to have anything like that, we'd just go out with our friends and get wasted, and we also vowed to end up together that night and spend the night together so we'd both know where the other ended up (which is where the real debauchery took place heh heh!!!) Now I don't see a problem with it as long as both agree to it and both are doing it.....if the guys have a blowout with 5 strippers and a limo and the girls have a "Bridal tea" then something is wrong.
