In my experience when sisterhood started to become "unfocused" we would have a voluntary retreat type get together... like for the weekend. Then, a pass the gavel to let sisters sit in a circle, no one can leave or interrupt.. just listen and pass (pass the rose is always nice too) explaining everything that needs let out. OR Maybe everyone needs a letter from an anonymous concerned sister about the sisterhood of our Founders. Best of luck!
