I actually heard a radio interview with the guys who do the tapes, and when it started, it was just them filming random people. Like Mardi Gras, they would just go up to girls and say that it was for their own video thing, and the girls would just flash them. And sometimes they wouldn't even have to ask... Here's my question: what happens if a girl watches the tape and sees herself on it? Did she technically give them permission to film her? Even though they said it was for a home movie, was that still permission? and what about judgment being impared? Just some questions...
