I mostly steer clear of what I call "department store" fragrances. The last one I wore that I loved was "Lovely" by Sarah Jessica Parker. Stopped wearing it b/c a co-worker started drenching herself in it and forever ruined it for me.
Now, I alternate between two fragrances:
Jardin Clos from Diptyque
La Mome -- a limited edition fragrance I got in Paris earlier this year. I'm gonna be so sad when it's gone!
white diamonds by elizabeth taylor (i know this smell everywhere!)
glow by j.lo (i get comments every time i have it on!)
gloria vanderbilt (my mom wears this & i do too on grown folks events)
curious by britney spears (sorry, i really like it)
curve for women (not the remixes, but the original)
