The best house is ...
Hey, I think that's a fair question. Before I joined any Greek houses, I would ask the same question, because I wanted to know before hand that I wouldn't join a wrong house.
The answer is that ALL Greek houses is good. They are all unique, distinctive and one of the kind. I would suggest you to do the formal rush, knowing which one is fitting you the best, and JOIN THE CLUB. If you join the best ABC fraternity/sorority because people told you that they're the best, you joined a wrong house. Nobody cares that ABC is the best, or XYZ is the worst, because, hey ... we're the best and the worst by thoughts, not by facts.
