Yep. Jason W. was arrested here in Seattle over the weekend. He was passed out drunk in a hotel hallway. Police reported to the scene after he apparently got into a scuffle with hotel security.

I heard that too on one of the celeb blogs. If they just started filming the next season of the Hills I imagine he'll be on it if they start hanging out consistently.

How are they hanging out though while AI is on? Do the contestants have free will to go out and do whatever?

I thought that was weird too....they showed Chris walking into a bar so unless the image was doctored i guess they can go out? It seems weird though b/c the contestants always talk about being out of the loop on the gossip, etc....maybe Chris went AWOL for an evening?

I can't see when they'd even have time to do so, between rehearsals, filming commercials, and making public appearances.
